Description
The World Wide Web (WWW) is a relatively new medium for information exchange. Over the last decade, thousands upon thousands of companies and organizations have developed a presence on the Web. Over the next decade, these companies will be maintaining and developing new information, and new companies will be developing their own sites as well. This will result in a continuing high demand for Webmasters and other Web-based jobs. In fact, according to ComputerWorld, Web development expertise now ranks as the "most sought-after skill in information technology departments."
