Multimedia Classrooms
Charlton 219 Lab is an example of a multimedia classroom that the CIT Department uses for an enriched learning experience. The use of a projector screen allows for demonstrations from laptops and document cameras located on each teacher console. Each room also has data ports located at every seat for the use of the Internet or campus network on projects and classroom assignments.

Networking Lab
The Networking Lab or NetLab is used mostly by Network Administration students. It is equipped with a rack of Cisco switches and routers for hands-on experience with today's advanced equipment. This lab also houses the Web and file servers used for hands-on instruction of modern server-centric information technology systems.

Quiet Place of Study
Charlton 225 Lab is used as a quiet place to study, do research, or meet with a group to work on a project. It has 10 modern IBM workstations, some with dual display units for graphics and multimedia development. The lab is also operational with scanners and has remote KVM switch access to the networking lab servers.

Equipped
In addition, each multimedia lecture room has at least one laser printer, projection system, and sound system. Each student station has both hard-wired and wireless network access.
