Typical Semester Load

Students in the Information Technology BT program must complete 126 credit hours of coursework, including a 12-credit mandatory internship that usually takes place in the student's last semester in the program. This equates to a typical semester load of 15-18 credits.

Admission Requirements

    Freshmen:

          • 3 units of Regents math (or equivalent)
          • High school average of 80 or better
          • SAT: Math 500, Verbal 450

   Transfers:

          • 3 units of Regents math (or equivalent college math)
          • Demonstration of basic computer literacy
          • GPA of 2.5 or better
